Re: XXX’s Visa application (real name > YaoXXX XXXXXX Passport#AAXXX XXXXX) I wish to provide the following comments in support :
This letter is additionally written by me, the undersigned, as name mentioned above and I am the mother of YaoXXX XXXXXX my daughter in Thailand in age of 20 years.
Initially, I just left Thailand in June 2015 after spending time for 1 month with my daughter. However, it seems not enough to fulfill my desire. So, it would be greatly appreciated to invite her to visit me and family in NZ for 6 months.
Moreover, due to the crisis of water supply shortage as the big impact to many agriculture activities including my rubber woods farm, padding farm and sugar cane farm, in space areas about 9 Rai, 6 Rai and 10 Rai respectively with requirement of a lot of water supply to raise up those plants. Unfortunately, it seems not enough to supply water upon demands in many areas of North Eastern Provinces and could do nothing just waiting for new supply of water or skip this ploughing season and begin again in the next year.
Conversely, it might be the good opportunity to invite her to visit us for 6 months as I can guide her to visit many attractive places in NZ especially trekking tours around here.
However, I can assure you that I will guarantee YaoXXX XXXXXX will meet the obligations of her visa by not engaging in Employment while in New Zealand and exiting New Zealand before the expiration of her Visa.
Given the fact that the possibility exists of applying for a migration visa at a later date it would be in our best interests to comply with all obligations and restrictions of any visa granted to YaoXXX XXXXXX surely.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you require any further information.
